#Influence: Experience the legendary Saint-Tropez’s White night Party and enjoy a Tropézienne tarte.
Five pastry chefs from Dubai and Paris were invited to take a fresh look at the famous Tarte tropézienne and add their spin to the famous dessert at a White Night Party organised in Dubai, in a tribute to the legendary « Soirées Blanches » parties held in Saint-Tropez in the 70s. The event placed European cream, with its superior quality and unique character, firmly in the spotlight among the region’s journalists and pastry professionals.
