The purpose of the Site is to provide information on Sopexa’s activity and news. The information on the Site is indicative and general and in no way exhaustive. Sopexa reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content of the Site or to suspend or interrupt access to it. Site users shall therefore carry out all necessary verifications and are solely responsible for the use they make of the accessible information, and this shall not incur any liability whatsoever on behalf of Sopexa.

The TOU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Paris Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the TOU, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties, which the user acknowledges by their acceptance hereof.
