The Sopexa team is responsible for Ferrero’s press relations and crisis management in Belgium. This includes constant monitoring of the online and print press with daily press reports, as well as constant contact with the main national media through press releases.
Actions with micro- and macro-influencers are carried out at various times of the year, in order to share the brand’s commitments and news. In 2021, an action was carried out by micro-influencers on the occasion of the end-of-year celebrations, which represent a very intense period for the Ferrero group. Gift products were sent to 40 influencers to raise awareness of Ferrero products across Belgium and the Netherlands.
