Using its local market knowledge and close links with key market players, Sopexa devised the Best Sommelier in French wines competition in South Korea in 1996.
Every year 250 sommeliers participate at the annual sommelier competition in South Korea, where they complete written and practical tests. For the final stage of the competition, only 7 candidates compete for the crown.
