Teams of students from higher education establishments are preparing and designing the future of the food industry by taking part in the Ecotrophelia’s Food Innovation Student Awards.
Every year, students work hard to create new food products that bring together a complex array of facets (technical aspects, taste, regulations, marketing, packaging, finance and sales) and promote better use of raw materials or cleaner production processes aiming to reduce waste.
For the food industry, the competition is a true incubator of ideas for innovative products.
