If I were a dish? I’m spoiled because Asian influences are everywhere! From bibimbap, pad Thai and pho to sushi, dim sum and much more, there is a wide range of dishes and flavours.
A local custom I’m quite fond of? Vegemite: a spread that only Australians are crazy about. They eat this salty black paste, made with yeast and malt, on toast. The result is… different!
A definition of creativity? The creative individual is the visionary of modern times!
The place to eat right now? Drake Eatery in Bondi.
A market trend in my country? Caffeine-free, ‘healthy’ alternatives to coffee, for example the golden latte (made with turmeric), the matcha latte and the blue algae latte (made with spirulina blue-green algae).
